Hey, Thanks much for the tutorial. I't was very helpful, as I had the exact problem in pairing. Interestingly, I took the same steps you did, i.e. checking on multiple devices, bringing the battery up to full charge, ect. You saved me (at least) an hour waiting on tech support to share the undocumented requirement of holding the pairing button down for an extended time.

I do product design for a living, and there's an old adage in in our field: When it come time to write the manual, the dumbest guy on the team gets picked. Appears to be the case here.
